Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed).

Child Information

You may voluntarily provide information about your children including:

• Name, date of birth, gender, and optional photo
• Feeding records (type, amount, time)
• Sleep records (duration, time, quality)
• Diaper change logs
• Medicine doses
• Doctor visits and growth measurements
• Developmental milestones
• Photos you upload

Family Sharing Information

When you invite family members, we collect their email addresses to send invitations.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous analytics about app usage (which screens are visited, feature usage) via Firebase Analytics to improve our service.

Payment Information

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We only receive subscription status and billing dates.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. We use industry-standard security including:

• Firebase Authentication for user identity

• Optional biometric app lock for additional security

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is only shared with:

• Family members you explicitly invite to your account
• Service providers we use to operate the app (Google Firebase, SendGrid for emails, Stripe for payments)
• Law enforcement if legally required

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the app
• Export your data on request
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Cancel your subscription at any time
• Opt out of daily report emails

6. Children's Privacy (Important)

This app is intended for use by parents and caregivers to track information about their children. The app is not directed to children under 13 to use themselves. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 acting on their own behalf. The information about children in the app is collected and provided by their parents or legal guardians.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase — Authentication, database, storage, hosting, analytics
• SendGrid — Transactional email delivery
• Stripe — Payment processing
