Aurora opened in 2022 in a brick storefront on 1st Avenue North. Head roaster Theo Wright runs a 12-kilo Diedrich five mornings a week, and we cup every single batch before it hits the bar.
The Aurora Blend is our anchor — a year-round blend of Brazil Cerrado naturals and Guatemala Antigua washed coffees, dialed for milk drinks and balance. The single-origins rotate every two to four weeks based on what's seasonal at origin.
We don't chase scores. We chase coffee that the farmer would be proud of and the customer can taste the work in.
