Full Replacement

Tear-off, deck inspection, new ice-and-water, synthetic underlayment, GAF or Owens Corning architectural shingles.

Storm-Damage Claims

Hail and wind damage. We work directly with your adjuster and document with full photo reports.

Repair

Flashing, valleys, pipe boots, ridge cap. We find the source — not just the symptom — before we patch.

Ventilation

Ridge vent upgrades, soffit balance, attic fan replacement. Most leaks aren't roof leaks — they're condensation.

Soffit & Fascia

Wood, aluminum, or vinyl. Replaced with new flashing where the roof terminates.

Our Story

Founded in 2005.

Summit Ridge has been roofing Birmingham and the surrounding counties since 2005. We're a GAF Master Elite contractor — the top 2% of roofers nationwide. That comes with a Golden Pledge warranty most contractors can't offer.

We do full residential replacements, storm-damage insurance work, ridge ventilation upgrades, soffit and fascia repair, and the occasional commercial flat-roof job. We pull permits. We tear off down to deck. We replace bad sheathing — we don't cover it up.

Every roof gets new ice-and-water shield in the valleys and at the eaves. Every penetration gets a fresh boot. And every job gets a final walk-around with the homeowner before we collect the check.
