Founded in 1998.

Verbatim & Co. has been the court reporting agency of record for litigation firms across the Southeast since 1998. We staff in-room and remote depositions, hearings, EUOs, 30(b)(6) testimony, and trials.

Our reporters hold RPR, RMR, and CRR certifications. We offer realtime feeds to taking attorneys, rough drafts within hours, and certified transcripts on standard or expedited turnaround. Our scopist and proofreader bench is in-house.

We also offer legal videography, AI-assisted transcript search across your firm's case archive, and a secure client portal for downloading certified work and tracking read-and-sign deadlines. Eight hundred firms trust us with their record. We don't take that lightly.
