Our captains make the call by 7 AM the day of your trip. If we cancel for weather, you get a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice, no fight. We will never sail you in unsafe conditions and we don't keep deposits on weather-canceled days.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for any reason. Inside 48 hours, your deposit converts to a transferable credit good for 12 months. Same-day cancellations are case-by-case (we've never said no to a sick kid).
Swimsuits, a towel each, reef-safe sunscreen (we sell some at the slip if you forget), and a polarized pair of sunglasses if you've got them. We provide water, light snacks, life vests in every size, and dry bags for phones.
Free parking is available in the HarborWalk Village garage on Harbor Boulevard — we'll send you a parking validation when you book. Slip 21 is a 4-minute walk past the lighthouse, all on the boardwalk.
Kids 4+ welcome on dolphin and sunset cruises. Private charters welcome infants with a parent. Kayak and paddleboard rentals require guests to be 8+ and able to swim. Adults must accompany anyone under 16.
15 minutes before departure is perfect. Check in at the wood-shingle kiosk at the head of Slip 21 — Megan will have your waivers ready and point you at the boat. Captains push off on the minute.
Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome on private charters and morning dolphin cruises (please tell us at booking so we can plan towels and water). Sunset cruises with champagne service are 21+, no dogs. Service animals always welcome on every trip.
