Vestlake Communities at Liberty Park
Vestlake Communities at Liberty Park is a homeowners association in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. The new site gives residents one place for events, newsletters, documents, and resident services.
The problem
Community information lived on an aging shared page and in email attachments. Residents had no single place to find the calendar, the latest newsletter, HOA documents, or the right links to pay dues and submit requests.
What we built
A clean community site with an events calendar, a newsletter archive where every issue can be read on its own page, a document library for bylaws, minutes, financials, and forms, and quick links to dues, architectural requests, and pavilion rentals. Behind it sits a simple admin where the on-site management team publishes events, newsletters, and documents in about two minutes — no technical steps.
How it is built
A fast static front end on Netlify with a Supabase database behind the admin. Everything staff publish appears on the public site instantly, nothing can be permanently deleted, and the association’s only recurring cost is its domain registration.
